Fellow Restaurant Lovers,

Menuwall was born in the spring of 2005 as the brain child of Andrew and Johnny. It all started out when Andrew an epicure and Gainesville Native started studying at UF. He soon found that many students never visited but a few of the same restaurants. As time past he began taking his friends to all of his favorite spots until he became known as the go to guy when somebody wanted to eat. Before long people began calling him asking where they should go on a date, for a graduation dinner, or even what to order and that is when Johnny had an idea.
What if there was a website that told people all of this stuff?
Our hope is that menuwall will become a community where restaurant goers will share their thoughts on the best restaurants and new restaurants will have an affordable way to let people know they exist. In the end the goal of menuwall is to help Gainesville continue its tradition of being a hotspot for excellent independently owned restaurants.
